great access to parks and charming local cafes for city strolls
I spent two nights here and truly appreciated the short stroll to the Morpeth Chantry Bagpipe Museum just a few steps away and the lovely sanderson arcade which offered a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy some local treats. overall, this hotel is perfect for those who love to explore cities on foot with several cozy dining spots like The Chantry Tea Room close by, but the poor soundproofing can be a bit of a distraction during your stay.

the premier lodge is in a prime spot, right by the town and next to two supermarkets. the secure parking through an archway felt safe, and the bathroom had a lovely shower that was spotlessly clean. it’s perfect for grabbing breakfast supplies.

The hotel's location made it easy to explore the charming town, and I appreciated the fan in the room during the warm weekend. noise from the street occasionally interrupted my sleep.

Oh, the culinary scene in Morpeth is a feast for the senses! Ephesus served up some divine Turkish delights just a hop away, and I fell in love with The Chantry Tea Room's scrumptious scones. Parking at the lodge was a breeze, and the friendly fella at reception had all the local tips to spice up my adventures!
While the room had a bit of a dated vibe, it was still cozy enough. Just a heads-up, bring your own snacks since there’s no breakfast on-site, and traffic noise crept in at times.

Can't recommend highly enough for a date night
Spacious room, modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV for relaxing nights, and nice empty car park that made parking a breeze.
No complaints from me.

The heating made the place comfy, especially during the chilly nights. The convenient location allowed quick access to local shops and tasty dining options across the street.

this hotel was in a really great location right in the middle of town n had parking on-site which was super handy. the staff were super helpful and friendly, they provided a lot of tourist info at the reception. my room was clean n i appreciated having a bath option too. loved that morpeth is such a nice market town with tons of shops n places to eat!
i wished the walls were a bit thicker since we heard our neighbor snoring all night. also, the breakfast situation was confusing, as i thought it was included but ended up having to find breakfast elsewhere.

Comfortable and clean, the room provided a cozy atmosphere with a fantastic shower. The location was ideal, being directly opposite a supermarket for easy access to food. the corridors felt a bit dated, and the lack of on-site dining options was noticeable. Still, excellent value for money, particularly if you're visiting for nearby attractions.

The staff were friendly, really could not do enough to help us. Breakfast was self service style but top notch food, fresh and hot, you could load your plate as much as you wanted.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was still acceptable.
